We can usually only book tickets for trains leaving from Beijing. We have only listed one train per destination
(other trains may differ slightly in cost/time). Please note that tickets will be very difficult to get around the summer-time and major Chinese holiday times (January/February - Chinese new year) (1-3 May - Labor Day) (1-7 October - National Holiday). Around these times, if we can get tickets, you may have to pay more commission charge (op tp 50% or more per ticket). If we cannot get tickets for you, we can usually arrange flights with no problem. Choosing tickets...
Hard sleepers (left) tend to be more popular than the more expensive soft sleepers (right). There are 6 beds inside every compartment. The compartment is open-plan and without a door, so it is a little noiser. The beds are not too hard and sheeting & pillow are provided. Toilets (sometimes western-style) and sinks are at the end of each carriage.
Soft sleepers (right) have 4 beds in each compartment, with a door that closes and locks. There should also be a western-style toilet at the end of every carriage. There are usually power sockets under the table, which are handy for lap-tops etc...
(hard-sleepers may sometimes also have sockets under the table, or you can try searching for sockets in the main passage-way!)
Taking hard/soft seats is the cheapest option, but there will be limited leg room and the lights are often not turned off at night.
The restaurant carriage is usually around the center of the train and usually closes around 10pm. There are also usually food/drink trolleys that visit every carriage, and on some trains you can get off along the journey and buy snacks on the platform...

to stay here the commission is 100rmb per ticket. In the summer or holiday periods the
commission could be much more (up to 50% or more of the ticket price - it depends on how
much commission we need to pay our ticket agents). Please remember, like all ticket agencies,
we cannot 100% guarantee tickets, but we always try our best!
